During my recent stop at Hotel Al Massira while on our charity road trip from the UK to the Gambia, I found the hotel to be a mix of charm and nostalgia. The surroundings hinted at a glorious past, though now they embrace a faded elegance. After long days on the road, the outdoor pool was a delightful touch, perfect for unwinding with my travel mates. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a revelation, full of local flavors and a great way to fuel up for the day ahead. The welcoming staff truly set the tone for our stay; their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. With secure parking for our car packed with gifts and the essential 24-hour front desk service, we felt at ease during our brief yet memorable visit. If you appreciate a bit of history and don't mind a touch of wear, Hotel Al Massira could be your next travel stop!
